Join us in celebrating the Christmas season at Rolling Grape Vineyard! We’re thrilled to invite you to a memorable 3-course dinner. Make it a Friendsmas gathering, bring your family, or turn it into a special holiday staff party!

The evening begins with a cocktail hour from 5:00 to 6:00 pm, complete with passed canapés to enjoy before we sit down for a delicious 3-course meal. Arrive anytime during cocktail hour and let the festivities begin.

Prepared Menu:

Starter - RGV red wine poached figs drizzled with balsamic glaze, crispy pancetta served over honey whipped ricotta garnished with rosemary pomegranate with baguette

Main - Slow roasted Prime Rib. Chef’s cook of choice is Medium. Served with Merlot infused pan jus accompanied by garlic, rosemary roasted potato wedges and sauteed vegetable medley.

Dessert - Warmed gingerbread pudding cake served with butterscotch sauce and whipped cream
