Cobourg

Santa Clause ParadeSaturday, November 30, 6:00 pm

Since 1955, the Cobourg Santa Claus Parade has kicked off the Christmas season thanks to the Lions Club of Cobourg. This group of volunteers has worked tirelessly over the years bring a parade to the community that brings people together, regardless of their background, celebrating hope, family and love. It’s part of the fabric of our community. In 2020, the Town of Cobourg assumed responsibility for the parade under the guidance of the Lions Club of Cobourg to ensure the community can experience the same magic of the season.

Bring your Letters for Santa. Watch along the parade route as it begins. The Canada Post Elves will be out, ready to take your letters and deliver them to Santa for you.

THE PARADE GIVES BACK

The Northumberland Fare Share Food Bank will be collecting your non-perishable food donations for the food bank. Collection will happen at the beginning of the parade and just before Santa’s sleigh. This year, as well as non-perishable food cash donations, will be accepted.
