Yoga and Menopause

More often women over the age of 50 are starting a yoga practice to help ease the symptoms of menopause, or the onset of menopause referred to as perimenopause.

How can movement help with? Hormonal fluctuations, emotional fluctuations, hot flashes, stress, general aches and pains, headaches and more of what women might go through as they make this transition in life.
