My own journey has been one of immense challenge, of facing and honouring these layers, moving through resistance to reach the depths of what lies within. With it has come waves of rage, expressions of misplaced anger, and a powerful, sacred release.

Embracing the Dark Feminine

As spiritual women, we’re often encouraged to “purify” ourselves—to make our femininity pristine, soft, and socially acceptable. But in doing so, we strip away essential parts of our power: our sexuality, our rage, and the vast emotional depths of our shadow. The dark feminine—the wild mother, the primal force within—has been demonized to keep us away from our full liberation. Yet there is tremendous freedom in embracing this untamed aspect of our being, learning to see our wildness not as something to be “fixed,” but as a potent source of strength.

What to Expect in the Sacred Rage Ritual Experience

This journey is designed to offer you a safe, sacred space to explore and express emotions that are often hidden beneath the surface. Through guided practices, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with your authentic feelings, embrace your primal energy, and release any pent-up resistance within a supportive and honouring environment. We will close our ritual with a grounding, heart-opening Blue Lotus tea ceremony. This ancient flower, known for its gentle, euphoric effects, will guide us in releasing, softening, and integrating the powerful energies we’ve awakened. Blue Lotus, sacred to many ancient traditions, invites us into deeper self-awareness, peace, and connection and sealing this experience in reverence.

You’ll be in a sacred container where every part of you—your emotions, your voice, and your body—is welcome. This is a judgment-free space created for deep exploration and authentic expression.

▽ Guided Movement and Embodiment:
Through specific expression, release & movement practices, you’ll connect with your body and allow any stagnant energy to begin flowing. Expect to ferociously let go, move freely, and tune into the primal energy that lies within you.

▽ Breathwork and Vocal Release:
Guided breathwork and vocal expression will allow you to access and release any built-up energy. This part of the ritual invites you to be fully present with your emotions, letting go of societal expectations and self-imposed restrictions.

▽ Connection with the Dark Feminine:
You’ll be guided into understanding and embracing the dark feminine archetypes, those untamed and powerful parts of you that society often encourages you to suppress. Expect to reconnect with these parts of yourself and feel their wisdom and strength.
