Live Busking performances every Saturday:
Lent Lane from 10am-12pm
Brogdens Lane from 12pm-2pm
Our vibrant downtown district is undergoing a transformation, marked by ongoing construction aimed at enhancing our community’s infrastructure. To ensure our town remains lively and engaging during this period of change, we’re excited to unveil our revitalized Busker Program.
Why a Busker Program?
We understand that construction can present challenges for our local businesses and residents alike. That’s why we’ve introduced five new busker zones strategically placed throughout our district - Lent Lane, Brogdens Lane, Ontario St, RiverWalk and the soon to be unveiled Walton Hotel Parking Lot.
What Can You Expect?
These designated areas will showcase a variety of talented performers, including musicians, artists, and entertainers. By providing engaging entertainment in key locations, we aim to increase foot traffic, encourage community interaction, and drive business for all our HBIA members.
How You Can Help
We invite you to spread the word about this exciting opportunity with talented individuals in your network—musicians, artists, performers—who might be interested in joining us. Encourage them to reach out to us at adminhbia@port-hope.com to learn more and to apply for a Busking Pass.
