For the past 28 years Cobourg has been setting the stage for a spectacular display of Christmas lights in Victoria Park and Rotary Park on Lake Ontario. Christmas Magic in Cobourg continues to amaze and delight visitors with its season splendour – a dazzling display not to be missed.

Christmas Magic Schedule of Events:

Date: Friday, November 22, 2023 | Time: 6 p.m. | Location: Victoria Hall, 55 King Street West.

6 p.m. – Christmas music begins to play followed by a welcome before Victoria Hall is lit up.

6:45 p.m. – The ‘lighted’ walk begins down Second Street to Rotary Harbourfront Park (FRINK)

7 p.m. – Gathering at the Rotary Park where Mayor Cleveland will lead the countdown for the tree lighting.l.

We encourage you to come join us for a fun festive night in our beautiful Town and we might have heard that Santa Claus himself will be attending!!

Downtown Cobourg will be hosting a Christmas Market. It’s a great opportunity for you to pick up a gift, grab a bite to eat and fully enjoy the festivities.

The lights will be sparkling each night until January 7, 2024.
