It’s Spring. Flowers are blooming, leaves are slowing appearing, and the lilacs are getting ready to burst out with colour and fragrance. A new season clearly begins and so it’s time for another show at The Colborne Art Gallery. For the next 2 months, the artistry of Heather Roy is featured in Gallery 3. 

“My paintings are meditations and daydreams about human relationships and how we fit or don’t fit in our environment. Our discomforts, the myths and incongruences we live with, how we feel about being in the world at this time. Always, my goal is to create work that reaches deeply inside the viewer, to tender, vulnerable and nonverbal places.”  Heather Roy.
