"Celebrating Lieutenant Colonel John Weir Foote" who was a Canadian military chaplain and politician who received the Victoria Cross for his actions during the 1942 Dieppe Raid. Born in Madoc, he eventually made his home in Cobourg. The Presenters are Virginia McLaughlin and Rob Mikel.
